Custom electronics, from schematic to shelf.

We're a small engineering studio. We take connected-product ideas through PCB design, firmware, and production, and we stick around for the parts that come after.

Capabilities

What we can build for you.

Most projects need some mix of all four columns below. We don't outsource any of it. The same two people who design the board write the firmware and follow it into production.

Hardware design

01
  • Mixed-signal PCB design 2–8 layers, controlled impedance
  • RF & antenna integration 2.4 GHz, Sub-GHz, matching networks
  • Battery-powered electronics μA-level idle, charge management
  • Sensor & analog front-ends low-noise, high-resolution ADC paths
Tools · Altium · KiCad

Embedded firmware

02
  • Bare-metal & RTOS in C/C++ ARM Cortex-M, FreeRTOS, Zephyr
  • Wireless stacks BLE, LoRaWAN, Wi-Fi, Thread, Sub-GHz
  • Bootloaders & OTA secure boot, dual-bank updates
  • Bus & protocol work I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, Modbus RTU/TCP
Targets · STM32 · nRF52/53 · ESP32 · RP2040

Integration

03
  • Edge-to-cloud pipelines MQTT, REST, self-hosted brokers
  • Cloud & on-prem backends AWS IoT, Azure, Docker stacks
  • Dashboards & tooling Grafana, Node-RED, Home Assistant
  • Companion apps BLE provisioning, mobile bridges
Formats · JSON · Protobuf · CBOR

Production & compliance

04
  • Design for manufacturing panelisation, tolerance, fiducials
  • Test fixtures & bring-up custom jigs, ICT, functional test
  • Regulatory pre-compliance CE, FCC, RED pre-scan, lab liaison
  • Sourcing & CM management EU/Asia, BOM control, lifecycle

Services

What you can hand us.

We work at any stage of a hardware project. Most clients come to us with a problem or a half-finished prototype; we figure out where to plug in.

01

Consultancy

You have a product idea or an existing design that isn't quite there. We review the architecture, the BOM, and the radio choices, and we tell you what we'd do differently.

  • Architecture & protocol review
  • Power-budget analysis
  • BOM & sourcing sanity check
02

Prototyping

From a brief or a sketch to a working board. Schematic, layout, firmware, and a 3D-printed enclosure. You get the source files at the end.

  • Schematic & PCB layout
  • Embedded firmware
  • Mechanical & enclosure
03

Production

Moving a working prototype into a manufactured product: DFM, supplier sourcing, test fixtures, and documentation that doesn't fall apart at the first revision.

  • DFM & test fixtures
  • Supplier & CM sourcing
  • Production documentation

Client work Current measurement 2026

Induction coil current measurement

A self-contained device that captures high-fidelity current waveforms from an induction heating coil via a non-intrusive Rogowski probe. It samples at 100 kHz, stores raw data locally, and streams computed metrics over DASH7. Currently in development for ENSAM / CaMeX-IA.

Client work Sensor platform 2025

Configurable sensor platform

A flexible, battery-powered sensor platform derived from our Push7 node. Here it was fitted with environmental sensing and deployed to track down the root cause of a water-ingress issue, logging conditions in the lab over LoRaWAN.

Matter pet treat dispenser

A connected treat dispenser controlled over Matter. A servo turns a food container while IR sensors count each treat as it drops, so the exact portion is dispensed remotely, every time.

Energy-tracking gateway for CaMeX/IA

A drop-in solution that pulls readings from existing meters over Modbus and bridges them to a customer dashboard. We did the hardware, firmware, and field-rollout support.

Multi-sensor module

A compact battery-powered module integrating temperature, humidity, light, and motion in one PCB. Designed to be installed quickly and run for a year on a single charge.

In-house Evaluation kit 2023

DASH7 evaluation kit

Our own line of devkits, built around the DASH7 stack. A battery-powered sensor (Push7), a gateway (IOWAY), and a sensor-agnostic breakout (Link7). Originally aimed at clients piloting low-power telemetry, still available for anyone working on Sub-IoT.

How we work

A short, predictable engagement.

Most projects follow the same four steps. We quote per phase, so you can stop after any of them if it isn't working.

Step 01

Scoping call

Free, usually 30–60 minutes. Honest read on whether we're the right shop.

Step 02

Architecture proposal

A short document covering approach, risks, timeline, and a fixed price for the prototype phase.

Step 03

Build & iterate

Hardware and firmware in parallel, with a working build in your hands as early as possible.

Step 04

Hand-off

Source files, documentation, and as much production support as you want from us.

The team
