If you email us, we receive whatever you send: your name, email address, and the contents of your message. If you place an order or sign a contract, we additionally receive billing information (company name, address, VAT number, and bank details for invoicing).
This website does not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts. Standard server logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp, user agent) are recorded by our hosting provider and retained briefly for security and debugging purposes.
We process your data for three reasons:
Email correspondence is kept as long as it is relevant to an active conversation or project, then archived for up to seven years to meet Belgian record-keeping obligations. Invoices and accounting records are kept for seven years. Server logs are typically rotated within 30 days.
